Shipped 4 boxes Canada to Mexico, paid 2000.00 told it would arrive in 4 days. Arrived months later looking like the boxes had been through a war.
Boxes all ripped, smashed contents inside, missing items and then had to pay another 2300 pesos to get my IRobot released because they overvalued it. Nothing resolved except constantly being told it was en route, then that someone would contact me but didn't. Emails don't get answered. Nothing but trouble every step of the way.
I was told someone would contact me regarding insurance and reimbursement, not a word from anyone and no answers to emails. Items well packed in bubble wrap and towels smashed to smithereens, had to have been dropped or thrown. A mess and extreme stress trying to deal with customs when DHL would not deal with the issues at hand.
Told they couldn't find the delivery address when I live on a main street in a small town. Give me a break!
