Dear Sir/Madam,
I have one parcel delivering from China to Canada. Tracking number: 132074****.
It's shipped on Mar 11, 2024. The DHL guy told us that it will be delivered within 5 days, but it's still on the way until now, nearly 2 weeks!
What's more, my friend asked DHL in China, and was told that because the receiver(it's me!) refused to pay the payment of clearance, so please pay the payment ASAP! I never, never got any phonecall or email about the clearance payment! No one told me that!
I paid the payment immediately once my friend told that.
You DHL provided terrible service. Please, please let my parcel arrive ASAP.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After 48 days of a 6 kg package being underway (4 days underway in Germany - 44 days underway in Canada) the package was delivered at the price of $117.00 CAD (not including taxes).

Verified Reviewer''Possible delay''
Everyday for the last week, my package is sent for delivery and at the end of the day, the status changes to Possible Delay. The package went from across the world to my home town in less than a week as it was handled by a different carrier.
Now, in the hands of DHL, it just sits there as DHL hires 3rd party contractors as drivers and they never have time to finish their run. So the package goes back to the delivery center. Every. Single.
Day. Nothing can be done, there is no way to actually talk to someone. The only reason why someone (the sender) would use them is cost.
That comes with a complete disregard for the end customer i.e. the receiver of the package.

Hello,
I inquired about DHL services some time ago and through my consultation, it was discovered that my small company could not use the services at that time. Since then, I have been repeatedly contacted by phone, asking for further consultation and discussion.
I have left messages for the agents who have contacted me stating that I am not interested in DHL at this time, but the phone calls will not stop. I even tried blocked the number and all that has done is them attempting to contact me via a different extension. This has to stop.
PLEASE! I will take further steps necessary if this doesn't end.
Preferred solution: Delete me from their files and never call me again for my company
User's recommendation: The fact that you cannot get a quote until you have signed up on their website is something I should have paid attention to. They won't stop calling now.
